The GoGreen Conference, created and organized by B Corporation Social Enterprises, is a sustainability learning experience for business and government decision-makers. Featuring regionally targeted content and recognized leaders from the community, GoGreen works across industry silos to foster peer-to-peer learning and collaborative solutions. We believe sustainability in the business setting is a powerful and indispensable tool for navigating the tumultuous waters of today's global economy and solving our climate woes. Our mission is to empower attendees with the strategies, tools and connections to green their organizations with profitability in mind.
The 8th annual GoGreen Portland Conference gathered 300 attendees from a variety of industries to participate in a day of education, collaboration and idea-sharing for the future of sustainable business in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Oregon's governor Kate Brown kicked off the event and was followed by over 60 speakers offering hands-on strategies and approaches to sustainability and equity issues facing businesses big and small. Through a series of plenaries, keynotes, hands-on workshops, and an Industry Sustainable Showcase, attendees explored themes such as: Equity as a Process, Change from Within, and Solving Regional Environmental and Energy Challenges.
